Staff had a rampage at a customer ,threw the ordering number at the table it literally blew up and chased him outside!! :0 food took so dam long, . all those clock watchers need to be fired on the spot , an embarrassment to the business and very disrespectful towards their customers . I’m saddened that those people are even considered hireable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the worst KFC I have been to, especially situated at Sylvia Park Mall. KFC standards is appalling. There was rubbish everywhere, tables not clean, bins overflowing. You can also see the cooking stations with the staff, it looked as bad as the rubbish bin. I would highly recommend going to the foodcourt, rather than going to KFC Sylvia Park.
It ain't finger licking good here!
Such an embarrassment for KFC franchise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the start of the opening the kfc branch in syliva park was ok, but after a few months until today it has been slowly decreasing. The customer service is really bad got my order wrong 3 times until one caring worker actully cared about it and changed it. The food was mid, hope in the future they can get their shi* together

Ordered a combo meal circa $8.
It is not cool leaving out my chips. I sincerely hope you did not do it on purpose (well at least I got it upon inquiry).
Chicken burger had little flavour in it and patty was soggy. Wicked wings were not spicy enough.
The gravy was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The workers in there have the attitude of the great Cleopatra herself , first they get the order wrong and then when you say to them politely that they are missing items from the order they roll their eyes and sighhh so loudly. Honestly how this place is open with workers like that blows my mind. I saw the negative reviews but I thought it couldn't possibly be that bad BUT OH WAS I WRONG!
