★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply divine. A six star experience that makes you appreciate how the other half live. Fairways like carpet, greens so smooth and fast. The rough is penal. Views amazing, serenity better than bonnydoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OMG SPECTACULAR BUILDING. I could have moved in. May have to going back to stay in one of the villas. We walk around awestruck of the construction of the main building, the decor was to die for, solid oak paneled walls and ceilings, huge couches, rugs, open fire places, the bar area was beautiful. The owner wanted the feel of a Scottish castle which was absolutely nailed. Unfortunately the restaurant service and food was a let down after the high of walking in the front entry and the tour of the building. Go for the wow factor of the buildings and views.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can speak to the quality and exquisite style of this golf course. Well maintained 18 hole Links course will challenge even those of us on single figures. I traveled a long way to play this course and nothing about the experience was disappointing.
I did however bawk at the price of accommodation at $1,200 a night as the value didn't seem apparent from calls with staff or what else is on offer in the region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great golf course, lots of bunkers with thick fescue grasses & steep valleys off the fairways, Jack Nicklaus designed with many elevation changes & magnificent views. Some tee shots can be quite intimidating as well as approach shots. Greens are large but some have several tiers & undulations. Greens were quick with many breaks but generally if hit properly stayed online. A great test & experience, trick is to hit to the landing areas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful property with major issues. First of all, we have strict dietary requirements which were satisfied for the first two days of our stay but on the last night there was literally not one thing our party could eat on the dinner menu. There is no fitness center or pool although the brochure advertises one (you would thing that this would be one of the first things the hotel would build, but it has been open for 2.5 years already). We also had a major miscommunication about included activities. Overall it was a pleasant stay and it is a beautiful location. We recommend borrowing the mountain bikes and exploring the lakeside cycling trails.
