★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got gel nail polish manicure here. Very crude and clunky job. Minimum effort or skill was applied. It’s uneven, and the layer of polish is so thick, makes my nails look chunky. It stated to come off and catch on things after a week. Yuk, don’t waste your money here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude manager, she kicked a customer out after she told me and my friend that she had been waiting in a seat for 25mins and all they had done was wrap one nail with foil and shaped the others. The store is extremely busy however run like a sweatshop they will take heaps of customers and make you wait even if you have made an appointment prior. The manager needs to have more respect for the customers how she spoke to the customer was extremely disrespectful and immature, the customer was calm and did not speak rudely to her, the manager did not try to hear out the customer or address the issue she instead yelled at her and made her leave. Very bad customer service. Will not be returning here. Do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for just a plain manicure. Terrible experience and def not recommended. The lady used some type of abrasive nail buffer that has left the surface of my nails all scratched. Then she painted my nails, which went all fine until she applied the top coat. As the paint dried, small bubbles started appearing through the coloured layer! And when I asked her, she rudely told me it's the color OPI I've chosen!
By the time I got home, it looks like I had leper fingernails so had to wipe it all off! And now left with scratched nails!
Never gng bck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a booking and I still sat waiting for 45 mins until someone came. No one warned me about the wait despite the booking. Then when they finally attended they were rude the manicure was poor quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I was there, I didn't have to wait too long, but once I sat down, there were many ladies who arrived and were waiting to get their nails done. There were some who already booked appointments, however it seemed like the nail salon forgot about this. There was a customer who was quite angry, and nearly walked off.
So the lady who was doing my nails started to rush, and while she tried her best (it wasn't her fault that it seemed so stressful), I just said to her that she didn't need to bother with painting my nails, just tidy them up.
Not such a pleasant experience. The atmosphere appeared stressful and it seems like this salon tries to fit as many customers in, without considering those who had already booked. Need to go back to my usual nail technician!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my old nails taken off 1st. THE MOST WORST experience ever super painful ( i get this done every 9-14 days) never had them be cut or hurt like that. Then they were not the length nor shape i wanted. Due to them shutting they rushed, didnt even wash my hands before colour was applied so unsatisfied then webt home to only have not even 2hours later my nail to snap off. Just doing washing to the next day get it replaced now its fixed but WAY different shape and length to all the rest plus its not straight they charged me $65 for the job which is 1 of the top end prices ive paid yet not a top in job. Ive been here before and had nails snap 3days later. Im totally disgusted in the job they did amd wont be returning either. I also will be telling ppl i no to not go there for your nails
