Great night, will strongly recommend to go for the chef choice menu (food is great fun) and ask for slow pace letting you enjoy a very well executed cocktail and drink menu. Service was great making us home. celebrating our anniversary at the bar between the kitchen pass and the bartender is a real bonus to feel very looked after. ???

Amazing delicious food! The Asian flavours in the dishes were on point and paired with the lemongrass soju, it was a great meal! Opening night and the vibe was buzzing and the decor is simply modern and elegant! Congratulations on opening night!

Absolutely recommend. We had the 9 course chef's tasting menu and were both very impressed, there was not a single let down or weak dish throughout the whole meal. We will return :-)

After some recommendations from friends and positive write-ups online we decided to try Koji as a belated Valentine’s Day dinner. Unfortunately our attempts at booking online and by phone we’re unsuccessful so we decided to take the risk of a walk-in on a Friday evening. Thankfully the duty manager (I think? If so, thanks Abbie!) was able to rearrange a few tables to fit in our party of four. Perusing the menu we decided there were just too many options to choose from so we went for the full Monty - 9 courses of chef’s choice. And it was definitely the best choice, we got to sample so many top flavours from the kitchen. My top three were the yellow curry beef doughnuts, the chicken and prawn dumplings (swimming in delicious β€˜strange flavour’ sauce and chili oil) and the amazing dessert of mango and coconut ice cream. Would we have chosen the Cloudy Bay clams? No but it’s always good to push your boundaries every once in a while. We did have one hiccup of a missed course, but to be honest, I’m not that upset on missing out on the sashimi. Cold fish, not my bag. Overall, a great night out, topped off with some standout cocktails. Cheers Koji!

Had heard many great things about this place, and wasn’t disappointed at all. The staff were friendly and attentive, the decor was inviting and unpretentious and the food was varied and tasty. We chose the chefs menu of nine courses ($75pp), plenty of variation to keep us interested, and the Asian flavours were so good. Definitely worth a visit for the eggplant dish alone.

Awesome food! The food we had during this season menu generally have lots of layers of tastes and textures. Can be ad bit pricy, relatively small portion, but the innovation and tastes the chef got to offer you makes it worth. Friendly and considerate services. Didn't love all dishes, but really did love the eggplant dish so very much, 10/10, amazingly juicy, soft but browning well on the top. Other than the commonly used pumpkin seeds, the crunchy purple rice (I assumed) on top adds so much texture and bites and really pushed the dish to the next level. Great flavorful while not overly salty sauce. Tofu is great, I've never liked oyster that much but the tempura oyster here is not fishy and very nicely seasoned. Prefer slow cooked beef/wagyu in chunks instead of slices, personal preference. Just personal opinion but it would've been great if small serves of rice are available - at least good to have the option there. Would visit again for the eggplant and oyster.
