β β β β β Worst experience ever, they challenge doctors given time for test. Unprofessional, didnβt know about the tests prescribed & have to read about it & ask others what it is . Better to go at other branch & get your tests right.

β β β β β Don't even live in Papatoetoe but always come here to do my bloods. Friendly staff especially Anu. If you go in the morning when they first open the wait is usually not very long.

β β β β β The man working there was so rude to an older man that came in needing help. His responses were short and when the customer asked when is your quiet time he replied on Sunday when we are closed! He had no interest in helping him and it was really sad to witness. Stay kind NZ.

β β β β β Can be bit more gentle with the nerves. Last week i went there, and i never felt it this painful while taking blood. My right hand is still sore and now there is bruise near the injection site.
I am not complaining about all the staff, there are good people too.
