They changed their hours again to 4pm now. Got there 15 mins before closing & they said they're DONE for the day?!

β β β β β Went in and the staff was very vigilant. Screened for Covid risk thoroughly. Offered hand sanitiser to apply on hands. Also, the phlebotomist was the only staff on for the day. She was pleasant. Really appreciated their service.

β β β β β Staff lacking politeness and professionalism. Talked almost as if I had done something really bad to them. They have posters stating that all patients should be respectful to staff but the staffs behaviour would be quite provocative to many. They may have been having a bad day, but so do other people and it's not in their right to ruin it for others.

β β β β β The worst customer service ever. The Indian lady, Philipino lady and the other old islander woman. Very very rude. Just saw now that a lot of people had issues in this place. Need people that treats kiwis nicely. These 3 women are rubbish. I'll post this on a newspaper as well

β β β β β Staff are not happy and it shows, I went for blood test, lady sniffed and coughed throughout entire procedure, sneezed and said she had a cold. Unbelievable, she shouldn't be dealing with compromised people in that state. I will never go there again.

β β β β β Arrived at Takani I Labtest 14 people ahead. Drove to Manurew closed at 12.00 doir says open 9.00 to 4.00

β β β β β It gets super busy and wait times can take 10 mins (quickest) to 2 hours (my longest wait time).
Had a varied experience with the actual blood test. Normally quick and painless. Unfortunately the latest one has been the worst... the lady had trouble finding my vein and used the big size needle which was very painful. I got an unnecessary jab that day. My arm also got a huge bruise mark.
