β β β β β 19 April 2019 - Easter Holidays - The website states that the centre is open during these holidays, and visiting the place it is found that the place is closed on all the 4 days. A notice at the centre that the place is closed and we have to go to other open centres would have been very helpful.
The website should also give the correct information of open days & hours.

β β β β β Staff here are fantastic, pity there arenβt enough of them at busy times, the waiting times have become unacceptable, several people walk out, need more time for blood test that the Drs.Speed up the service for goodness sakes.

β β β β β Staff talk more than work, you can hear they talking and laughing but not attending. Waited more than a hour for a blood test. No respect for people!

β β β β β Please can there be an internal review done to look into why people are waiting such a long time to be seen? Employees could have dedicated roles, e.g. blood tests could be streamlined? It just seems like this branch is extracting 5L of blood per person.

β β β β β I've been here 3 times now and had to wait over an hour on my first 2 visits. Staff were fine, could be alot more friendly (esspically when they can see I'm nervous about the needle). All around understaffed and wait time is horrible even when there are few people waiting.

β β β β β Went in, no one in the queue at 8.40am on a monday morning, took my waiting card, but waited for a good 6min+, see no staffs, hear some chatting from one of the room..... another guy came in took a waiting card, no staffs show up still... I had to make some fake cough to get some attention from one of the room. I got my blood taken in a very professional friendly manner and it was quick, but it was unacceptable, I came to take my blood test prior to work but wasted time to wait for the staff finish morning chat. I thought they were dealing with a chatty old lady, but no, they were just staffs chatting and unaware there were people waiting.

β β β β β Fast service. Excellent advise and assistance from staff. I have really bad veins for drawing blood, but the lady that assisted me was experienced and efficient resulting in a pretty painless experience!

β β β β β I have always had wonderful experiences at this practice. Most recently I went and Kumu took great care of me. As someone who has regular blood tests but is very anxious about them, she was wonderful, chatty and quick. Such a lovely experience!
