★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Labtests Botany has a fantastic phlebotomist in Romilla, gentle, efficient, friendly and fast. This was the 2nd time I tried to get these bloods taken tech at Dawson Rd failed and bruised me badly, but Romilla at Botany was fantastic. Thank you

We had the most pleasant experience in "sucking our blood". Romila, the technician at Labtests, took the samples within no time. Not only she was pleasant, but also she knew what she was doing.
We shall always ask to see her for our future tests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite an easy experience for getting a blood test. The entrance is by the hospital and there is another driveway that leads to parking spaces outside the lab. It was automated so you grab a card, scan it and then wait for it to get called. The phebotomist was friendly and nice even though they were really busy. There was about 8-10 people who were waiting while I was waiting so it des get busy.
