★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading some bad reviews, I'd like to share my own experience. They are very busy yes, so don't expect to be helped as you walk in, however they have a great system in place where you take a card and scan it as you come in. You'll get called once they reach your number. No one with a number after yours will be helped before you so the system is fair and practical. This process goes quick enough and I haven't waited longer than around 25 mins while the waiting room was packed. I have to thank the staff as I have very bad blood testing experiences and have never felt so calm and at ease with the friendly and professional ladies who helped me. Andrea and Claire were fantastic at making me feel relaxed and looked after and it was pretty much painless where in the past I felt like I wanted to faint. I definitely recommend this place over other Labtest places I've been to! Thanks again to the wonderful team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve never had to walk away from someone for being so straight up rude to me. I was unfamiliar with how to check in and the woman at the front greets me with “what do you need.” After interrupting the three sentences of general polite inquiry she just goes “you can go somewhere else” I was about to wait the 40 min wait time but won’t be returning or recommending. Yikes, I wish the poor woman better days ahead in customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, very good service, did not feel the pain, clear and simple. but worth to mention, seems they are understaffed, a bit strange in all labtests branches no one in reception, what if an emergency happen?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here at 15:00 on Monday, and it took only 20 minutes to have a blood test. A lady at the front told me to take a small paper written numbers at the counter when come in. She was helping very kindly to everyone, guided to us to chairs. A nurse who took my blood was great and experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely despise blood draws and I know I have awful veins for any phlebotomist but the young trainee woman in the hijab (Ranu?) was absolutely amazing. Definitely an asset to the lab tests team.
Other than that, the overall experience was reasonably quick and painless, even on a busy morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service in particular a young Phillipines lady that has helped me to get my gestational diabetes bloods done, so lovely. Wonderful service, 2 he wait and she made me feel very comfortable for the long wait.
