β β β β β My Dad passed away last week I choose lagoon funeral services because my Dad brought me up in Panmure Dad and i havent lived in the area for many years still many of his friends live in Panmure and they highly recommended lagoon funeral services.
What our whanau loved about their service was we were able to sleep on site with our Dad they had cooking facilities showers and toilets.
I admit they their facilities are not as good as the Hyatt but if their clients whanau would stop damaging and thieving their property and start paying their debt maybe u would get top facilities.
Their prices were the lowest I came across and i rang just ABOUT ever parlor in Auckland I also spoke to Cigna Funeral Insurance and they confirmed that the price was the lowest they have seen. I would highly recommend Lagoon Funeral services. Kind,Friendly,caring Staff.

β β β β β Highly recommend Lagoon... workmanship on casket was top notch, no hidden agendas, gave my man the utmost dignity and respect... treated whanau with such empathy and not pity... our driver was very flexible with all requests and help guide us to the ground. β β β β β What can i say the best funeral service in Auckland! Highly recommend. Aiden Billy joe hannah and Richard was amazing! They go above and beyond. Service, caring, everything was on point! Love the communication and honesty. No hidden cost everything is in front of you. It was a rough week for us esp with siblings stuck in Australia they made things so easy for us. The team at Lagoon have taken care of 4 of my whanau members and each i thought were cared for with so much compassion, respect and kindness. The staff are beautiful people, who made us feel comfortable and welcome each time. We have stayed and used the facility twice with two of our whanau and again, we felt so comfortable. I am so grateful for their services, made the whole duration of two tangihanga we've had, that much easier for our whanau as a whole. Again, thank you Richard, Billie, Hannah and Aden ?
