★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車の駐車場から少し坂を上りすぐでした。曇りでしたがMt Taranaki を見ることができました。静かでTuiもたくさんいてすごく素敵な場所でした。
 It was just up the hill from the car parking lot. It was cloudy but I could see Mt Taranaki. It was a very nice place with a lot of quiet and Tui.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful lake with plenty to do. Walk, run, cycle, nature and bird photography or just relaxing and enjoying the views. The lookout is a 2 minute walk from the end carpark. A bonus is if the mountain is in view. A bigger bonus if the sky puts it on at sunrise or sunset. I live in hope.
