The "Doctor's House" oozes with charm with its in keeping comfortable rooms, its collection of alpacas, chickens, ducks, pigs and horses and its shop, the "Doctor's Garage", selling the work of local artisans. Hosted By Wanda and Brent for whom it seems nothing is too much trouble. Borrow a bike and explore the Central Otago Rail Trail which runs right next to the property, or relax in the garden by the teapot tree, yes, that's a tree with teapots in it. Thanks Wanda, thanks Brent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lauderburn House is a wonderful B&B with friendly hosts. The breakfast is delicious and the rooms beautiful. Location superb right near the best tunnels on the Otago Rail Trail. Historical sights such as St Bathans and Naseby really close by too. We have had a fabulous stay. Big thanks to Wanda and Brent Jaggard.

Brent, Wanda and side kick Poppy offer a unique and quirky experience coupled with a vast knowledge of the surrounding area.
The beautiful decor and comfort will take you back to yesteryear.
Visit their extended family of alpacas,ducks,chickens and horses roaming the property (they all have names!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a gem. Stayed here for the night as our first destination on the Otago Rail Trail Ride. Perfect location and atmosphere. The place has a very peaceful feel. Hamish and Gillian were perfect hosts. We stayed in the Kahu Room, was lovely and bed was comfortable. Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at the Lauderburn House while biking the rail trail. The accomodation was beautiful and just of the trail! The hosts (Gillian and Hamish) were both lovely. Would highly recommend if you are wanting somewhere to stay that feels like home.
