β β β β β From the moment I walked in, Victor was exceptionally welcoming. He offered great advice on what frames would suit my face the best. His help during my visit was greatly appreciated as I was very unsure of what I liked/wanted before going into the store. Thanks to Victors help, I left with two frames in mind that I really loved!

β β β β β Victor is very knowledgeable and friendly. I was in the market for contact lenses and he helped me find a suitable one. He discussed the different types and what they're for very clearly. He told me the correct practices in wearing as well as cleaning the lenses in simple terms. Excellent customer service! Would highly recommend!

It was a new encounter for me, yet, I felt like a regular with his exceptional advice! He will make a fine optometrist in the near future, especially with his remarkable people skills!

β β β β β I was really struggling to pick the perfect frame and one of the employees called βVictorβ helped me so well. He was so patient and so nice! He worried more about the customer and helped me too choose what will actually look nice on me rather then just worrying about the sale! Definitely going back to Victor regarding anything with my eyes. I have also recommended my friends and family to go see him in Sylvia rather then different locations of specsavers ?

β β β β β I usually go to another place to get my glasses but I recently lost a pair and wasn't super happy with the service I had been getting elsewhere. Visited Specsavers for the first time yesterday to have a look at potential frames and wasn't sure if I was going to commit until I met Victor. He answered every question I had and made the whole process super easy. I know I'm due for one, but I wasn't prepared to book an eye test and order some glasses at the time (I honestly thought I'd just pop in for a browse and wouldn't talk to anyone) but I'll definitely be doing that sometime in the near future thanks to Victor's great customer service :-)

His customer service was exceptional, this was my first time getting glasses for myself and I wasnβt overly confident in my image wearing glasses. However, he helped me choose frames that made me feel comfortable and stylish which I really appreciated. Victor was really helpful in guiding me to choose the right style of frame which were comfortable and also suited the size of my face. He also helped choose the correct style of lens which suited my needs. His communication was open and transparent which made dealing with very easy and simple.
Would 100% recommend this store and ask for Victor, he'll help you out.

β β β β β I had Victor serve me the other day at the store and he helped me pop my lenses back in and cleaned my frames thoroughly too. He also helped to tighten my glasses and made sure that they were adjusted properly as the previous place I was at didnβt do a very good job. Very lovely guy who definitely serves his customers with care and kindness! All sales assistant should be like Victor.
