★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today Saturday morning me and my husband went to levis outlet for exchanging the Jeans Bcz the size didn’t fit him properly but there was a male at the counter over there. He made me feel very bad and offended. He doesn’t know even a c of customer service. No manners how to talk to people. I was very upset with his behaviour. I think the outlet manager should take a action against him otherwise teach him how to do a customer service that means helping people not offending them. I kept quiet at that time Bcz I had a small baby with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levi’s Dressmart are friendly and helpful. From the moment you walk in the door. Only downside I thought the girl at the counter could have handled me not wearing a mask a bit better as I had only been in the country 12 hours and had no idea NZ still was under restrictions, as I haven’t lived under restrictions for over 6 months where I came from.
Once I got a mask she was friendly tho. Cheap prices for Levi’s too, wouldn’t hesitate to shop here again.
