★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went for a full body massage as I was quiet stressed out and tense, my beauty therapist did not stop talking to me the entire time I was having my massage done, I couldn't focus on my massage at all as I had to keep talking back and answering questions and she was also quiet hell bent on telling me how bad the beauty industry is. I do not feel relaxed at all and am actually quiet a bit more tense than when I walked in. Not the best service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience in the Botany one!! I just did an eyebrows fixing and facial. They nearly destroyed my face... and sold a product which is not suitable for dry and sensitive skin. I took more than three weeks to recover my skin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having got disillusioned with my previous beautician I have spent the last 8 months searching out a quality spa for regular tinting and occasional facials. My search ended today at Image Oasis Medispa in Botany.
Great facial, brow and lash tint incorporated into session - much better than having it at start; included amazing facial massage by Priya.
Thank you -see you in a few weeks for next appointment,

Felt like the lady was falling sleep when giving me head message also I asked for firm but very soft touch, did not get any neck message as stated in the deal.
Facial is ok.
Overall I would not go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went with my daughter to purchase a teeth whitening treatment for her friends birthday. I paid $129. When the girls went along to get it done they said that to get teeth whitening done you had to be 18 years old!! My daughter and her friend are 16. Never once was this mentioned when we went to buy the voucher. My daughter asked for a refund but they refused. Instead the friend ended up getting a facial for $120. Still $9 to be owed back.....
I don't mind that there is an age restriction on teeth whitening, but you must inform customers at the time of purchasing the voucher! This is very poor otherwise!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went a few years ago, had an Eastern European lady who took her time and took great care in making the waxing essentially painless. The ambience along with the gentle work was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. Recently though I've had Indian ladies who do the waxing quickly and painfully. I'd expect that from a place that was half the price, but I expect a more comfortable experience from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to Image Oasis in Botany for a wee while now and each time I'm greeted with a warm, friendly smile and made to feel welcome. The premises are always neat, tidy and spotlessly clean - so important these days and it's nice to know they value this also.
I book using their online booking system which I love! It's super convenient (I can make or amend a booking at any time of the day/night), it's user friendly the information is always accurate and includes the price.
Priya is amazing, my eyebrows have never looked so healthy or great! She has shaped them to suit my face and the colour really compliments my skin tone and my eyes... I feel like a million dollars after every appointment, and I get so many compliments which is a bonus!
Due to the amazing results with my eyebrows, I've recently started on a journey with my lashes, Priya explains everything so clearly and in a way that is relatable to my understanding and lifestyle.
A very professional team with excellent knowledge and exceptional skills who genuinely care about their customer experience :)
