Received light advised this was from another store, opened and discovered light was most likely a display unit it was dirty and scratched along with broken parts (not what we expected for a pricey brand new product). We were given a refund without question, the only highlight of this experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought two fittings, one was damaged. They replaced it with a marked display unit and tried to pass it off as new. One didnt mount correctly to the ceiling and the other was fine and was told it was normal for their expensive fittings to not fit well and offered no solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caveat Emptor. Numerous lighting fixtures on display had Chinese power plugs fitted. Some had Chinese to NZ adapters, which are incredibly dangerous. Possibly illegal, definitely unsafe. Highly unlikely to have Supplier Declaration of Conformity (SDOC) certification. Unfriendly staff and astronomical prices, I won't be back unless I have a death wish.
