★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give you more stars I would. I have long been searching for a gem Iron. Total Food Equipment had one. Problem is, I was a traveler and could not really accommodate the heavy gem iron in my luggage. The lady behind the counter agreed straight away that she would mail it home to Australia for me. I know she shopped around for a best price, because she emailed me and told me.
Thank you so much for going above and beyond.

We were blown over by the fact that you were happy enough to honour a gift voucher issued at the Dunedin store and the fact that your staff members all made our shopping experience a total pleasure. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant place to go for any little obscure baking utensil you may need! I was looking for a dog bone cookie cutter & no, not for the obvious reasons, but because my niece was having a "Paws Patrol" themed birthday party, and yes... found it here! The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and know their stock. I found the pricing to be in the mid to high range, but you are paying for the better quality equipment/goods. Store layout is great and relatively easy to navigate. If you need help with anything the staff are more than happy to help, or they will just let you browse till you find what you are after, will definitely be going back when I need something else.

Yesterday I bought a scales which displayed on the box that they read 0.1 of a gram (the box displayed the scales reading 3.8grams) I decided to purchase this product for coffee dosing. When I got home the scales did not read 0.1 of a gram so I rang and was told I could return them. I went back in and was not offered a refund but an exchange card as the reading was quote "just an example". So the product advertised on the box is misleading correct?? So why couldn't you offer me a refund for a clearly misleading product. Not only did I leave here feeling utterly shocked at your approach to this I felt disregarded and walked on. At first I was stoked to see what coffee equipment you had an offer but I will most definitely look elsewhere. Unbelievably disappointing!
