★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had very awful experience this morning. Used two big washing machines and both went error after running for about 10 mins. Total 3 machines went error at same time including one of another person. Staff at the sushi cafe refunded to both of us but my card didn't get credited. When I enquired they weren't helpful and the owner didn't answer the call.....i lost $16

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love it here, super handy and useful place to have. Good location as lots of carpark and shops around. Not many medium washers (only 2) but plenty of small ones and a few large washers. Plenty of dryers too. Key card topup is next door at the sushi shop (that do surprisingly really good hot chocolates).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't like how you can only top up $10 at a time...you always end up with an odd amount left and will lose that money if you didn't go there again. Should be able to choose your amount, most people using a laundromat don't have extra $$ to spare on credit you might not use

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go to this place to get your laundry done I had my clothes drying for 40 minutes and look what is all over my clothes my going out clothes my partners clothes and my babys clothes I’m so angry I should be getting some sort of pay from them to buy my baby some new clothes!
