Their system was down, couldn't extend our stay nor help our Wi-Fi issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As grown up in Kaitaia, I was blown away with Jenny and her staff, so friendly, rooms clean and tidy, my kids had a very wonderful time in the pool. A+ we will be back. Thanks heaps. For making our stay AWESOME!!!!

Close to town and east parking
Very quiet
Second time we have stayed and most helpful considering it was short notice
Beds were comfy and plenty of linen and extra pillows on hand in the cupboard

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady was friendly & always assisted us which is the only good thing.
Beds were terribly uncomfortable. Blankets they provided were next to nothing for all the beds in the place with only 1 small heater??? The spa pool isn’t currently there so that’s false hope when booking?! Wifi is awful to connect too, super slow & doesn’t barely work.
Wouldn’t recommend again!
