I was so nervous after a bad experience with another company but Penny made sure I was fully informed and gave me the chance to ask as many questions as I needed to. I felt safe during my whole treatment and am loving my results! Couldn't recommend Penny enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been getting my hair laser treatment from Lovelybyskin, New Lynn since last 6 months. I am getting my treatment from @Kylie is the best thing. She is Professional, Great Communication skills and most importantly getting treatment from her is really comfortable for me. She answers all the questions and has great knowledge of different skin colours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girls at Lynn Mall have been so friendly, helpful and welcoming every appointment I’ve had the minute I walk in. I have had Penny M. for all of my treatments so far and she is so professional, always on time, friendly, caring and invested in her clients getting the best out of their treatments. I am so happy with the results I have gotten so far, and I will not be going anywhere else. I would 10/10 recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was treated to a skin observe and microdermabrasion. Was greeted warmly and taken to treatment room, where everything was explained to me. Everyone was friendly and professional and my skin felt and looked so much better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I popped in here on a Saturday afternoon while in the mall as I saw an ad for the cosmelan peel which I’ve been wanting to get done. I approached the girl at reception to obtain further information and she said I will need an initial consultation and she booked me in the following day at 13 h30. I arrived at the appointment at 13h35 due to a hold up in the parking. Upon arrival, the woman at reception told me, rather rudely and with attitude, that I had missed my appointment. 5 minutes late and I missed my appointment?! I scheduled by whole day around this appointment!
A few minutes later, someone calls me and offers me a later appointment. I expressed my disappointment at their awful lack of customer service and the woman on the phone explains that the consultation for the cosmelan peel usually takes one hour but they reduced it to 15 minutes! How is it possible that a consultation which allegedly takes an hour can now be reduced to 15 minutes? This should give you zero confidence in their ability to offer an efficient and customer focused service. I feel like i dodged a bullet.
Customers beware: this place obviously only cares about making money and not about customer service or providing a safe and efficient service. Incidentally, I’ve now found a company which offers the cosmelan peel at a cheaper price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially I was late by 5 mins for my first appointment and I was turned away by Alison even when I said that I am happy to wait. Next time they ran late and never gave any explanation.
But in the second appointment my laser therapist SARITA was really good, she made feel comfortable and her treatment has shown me great results just in 2 visits, Highly recommend her but it is just sad some people are never considerate and lazy.
