Vaccine pass required which was hassle free and reassuring for customers who want to remain covid safe . See you next time when next pass through from the Mount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible customer service..my partner hadn’t downloaded his vaccine pass so I showed mine and told him to wait outside so I could order. I was refused to order for my partner waiting outside the place, not on their seating…the lady serving us was extremely rude and even said we should’ve come more prepared. I left feeling extremely embarrassed for the both of us and the business, thank you to the kind lady who offered to order and pay for our ice creams but we chose to leave

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star for the tasty ice cream. Could give more but unfortunately they have such bad customer services. Play phone with No greeting before I start say hi. No smiling with rude face when they talk to customers. I ask if I could have a sample before I buy the one I like as last time I visited Taupo and had a lovely ice cream also I got a sample before I have my ice cream. Ive been to many ice cream shop they all do sample for customers. They really need well trained!
