★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely helpful and pleasant young man. I got a fishing licence for 5year old grandson. Took ourselves off to the Lagoon and boy caught nice sized Trout. Gran got to cook and eat. Nothing like fresh fish. Happy days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this store a higher rating I would. I can only describe this place as one of the most trusted stores. The staff is incredibly polite, helpfull and friendly. I recently wanted to get my old man a new leatherman and I called in for a new one. They ordered me one within a day. Admittedly I was very impatient to get it, but they just smiled through it. I CANNOT stop recommending this store to anyone.
Thank you very much for dealing with my leatherman antics, you guys have made my old mans day. :)

It has a corresponding large range of outdoor clothes, footwear, dehydrated type food, camping, fishing and hunting equipment. This range is typically high quality but also in some categories includes a range of lower priced items. I noted that they had a reasonably extensive range of optical equipment including binoculars, spotting 60X scopes, telescopic sights, and night vision such as infrared and also range finders. This large outlet also has a substantial parking area located centrally in Palmerston North, close to the Square.
