 A top view and above all, easy to reach, you can drive directly by car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful lookout in the middle of the forest. A short walk is needed to reach here from Whatipu Road. The views are expansive and event better on a clear day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately this is a very small lookout and the view is blocked mostly by taller bushes. It is also a 10min walk off the gravel road. The road to get there (Whatipu) gradually turns into a gravel narrow road therefore highly recommend an appropriate vehicle, use caution esp in wet weather and bring an extra pair of shoes if u dont want ur car to get mud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of De Best Spots for fishing almost 100% chance of catching something if it's not on a weekend. Pro tip don't fish at the light house it's gonna be packed just walk to your left when at the beach during low tide and walk 30 minutes on the tops left or right there are several completely flat rock areas to fish off of, i normally walk around 1 and a half hour on the rocks way deep where no one else goes 100% catch rate since none one else fish there i don't even need to use bait just use lure cast down right off the rocks next to the oysters and mussels 2 meters forward and you get a fish. (not recommend new people visiting the area to walk on the rocks more 30 minutes YOU WILL BE TRAPPED UNTIL THE NEXT LOW TIDE)
