★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was nice coming back after 8 years and she was not disappointing at all. Enjoy the short walk and about 5 min from natural bridge. Well worth the stop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just magical. It'd a nice leisurely walk down an easy path the the bottom of the falls, about ten minutes. You can take a pram, there are no more than a dozen steps however. With the right wind you can be misted by the falls too. Nature at its best. Walk through the cooling canopy of nz bush. Amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a hidden gem! It’s a short 10-min walk down and there you find a magnificent waterfall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a steep descent with some steps (and a long climb back up) but well worth it. The falls were stunning, sparkling in the sunshine as they roared over the 35 metre rock face. Simply breathtaking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly the viewing platform is closed due to damage (though people sneak in and jump over). Otherwise a stunning waterfall, much more beautiful in person than in photos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had always wanted to go here, and it did not disappoint. Long drive to the middle of nowhere, but a fairly short walk (10 minutes). Absolutely stunning falls, if you want to go down to the rocks there's not an official track, but many people just climb down. Not really a swimming kind of waterfall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stunning falls! Big, tall, watery and falling. Just what you need.
Easy walking track to lookout, then a dirt track down to base. We didn't go down but saw people climbing the rocks etc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is definitely one of the biggest & most beautiful waterfalls we have seen in NZ, even when we came during summer time. Well worth the 40-minute drive along the winding Te Anga Road here. Easy 10 minutes walk to the viewing platform. Too bad there is no proper walking path to the bottom of the falls, although you still can walk down if you are fit enough. Not wheelchair accessible and no toilet facility.
