Great Job Guys, A New Change to the place. New Staff was much needed in this Hotel. Duty Managers 100% friendly just don't get on the wrong side of them... ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad experience with this motel. I booked for two nights and I had a chat with the manager to cancel one night and get a refund at the time of checking-in. He said no problem and he can process the refund at the time of checkout, But later he changed his words and I didn't get a refund even after checking-out after one night. I felt like I was cheated by the Manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, as a teenager I stayed in Hotels like this as I travelled around NZ with my Dad. So an old style, nicely done up hotel with super clean, large modern rooms was great. No meals, but lots of choices around town, all walking distance! (note closing times and what days things are open- you're not in Kansas now Dorothy.) Huge bed, nice bathroom, TV, quiet at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a great little hotel. Everything was super clean, comfortable beds, and great shower pressure. Mini fridge, kettle, cutlery, etc. provided (no microwave or stove though). Walking distance to groceries and takeaways. And the staff was so nice! Very happy to support this business - would definitely stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner & I visited this establishment for the weekend last weekend, the rooms were beautifully presented, beds were very comfortable, room serviced daily. The most amazing managers you could wish for, super friendly and helpful, would definitely stay there again if in the area. Only disappointing thing that there were no meal available only bar snacks, but these were the best of value and very tasty. Thanks ladies for looking after us,
