β β β β β We've brought 3 cats here in the last 4 years (one, sadly, to be put down as he was so sick) and the team here are great. They're efficient, kind, skilled, and put effort in to making sure you get the best value for money so your pets can get the treatment and care they need. We will continue to come here from a different suburb because they are great and we trust them with our fur-babies.

β β β β β We had never been to this vet clinic before last night but were so grateful they didn't hesitate to help us. Our cockatiel of 10 years had been sick and recently seen by a avaian quite a distance from our home. Returning home in the afternoon we could see he wasn't doing well and was indeed dying. Not wanting him to be in pain we made the hard decision to put him to sleep. We started calling local vets but no one could help us. Massey heights didn't hesitate, they we so kind and respectful. Thank you so much we appreciate what you did for us ... you are amazing!

β β β β β Always a fantastic service. Have been there 3 times with our puppy so far, 2 scheduled visits and 1 emergency. All vets and vet nurses have been fantastic. I would higgly recommend this vets.

The doctors were fine, but the "manager" of the clinic was so rude. She made our visit so miserable, and I don't know how people and animals around her deal with her attitude. Plain Awful.

β β β β β Called up on the Friday morning trying to book an appointment for my sick kitty. They had no appointments til next week but kindly took him in anyway and cared for him for the day. Such amazing service and kind friendly staff. Always brag about this vet clinic!! Thank you team!!

Catherine Liang and the nurse are absolutely amazing. Super friendly and extremely sympathetic, caring and understanding to both our pets and us too.
Outstanding customer service, always receiving us with a smile and a warm attitude.
Do yourself a favor and go see her if you need to.
