★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very disappointing, i orderred grilled chicken wrap with no source , after 25 mins wait , they served a wrap with chicken, no lettuce, the wrapping was disaster, chicken was small and under size, i had to head back for lettuce.
she had to check my wrap with no gloves, ended up just throw some lettuce in my wrap, with some dry apogiesge, her excuse was ," sorry abt that, it was too busy today".
i dont know what do i expect from Mcca, but quick and standarded service. please avoid there when peak time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually McDonald’s service is ok but this particular time was a very put off experience. When I come with my family to order food last month, we ask for a cup of hot water but the lady working at the coffee area said they don’t have cups. That’s so strange because usually they just give you for free. I did order a combo and burger. Then she said they need to charge 20cents for the cup. It’s not really about the money, I don’t mind paying it but the attitude and the look on her face was so piss me off and make me don’t want to go back there again. Hope the management can look into that. At the end I did pay for 20cent and the cashier was so confused and don’t really know what to do. That girl probably at management level wearing dark colored uniform.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The indian male supervisor ( he was wearing a navy blue uniform) was rude. I just didn't like how he rudely told me on seeing me looking at the menu, well if you’re going to pay with card, you have to go there to order, and we don’t have this and that, running off his mouth about the items that are not available, without me even asking, and as abruptly turned his back on me. I hope he loses his job!! He talks too much for a guy, and no customer service whatsoever, like sorry, don’t have time for you lady! Train your staff properly, McDonalds!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I mostly use drive thru service. The actual lane is short enough for 3 x vehicles. Queue spills over public road which is hazardous and often dangerous to navigate around waiting vehicle. There is no established queue direction. Sometimes queue jumpers cause stress and conflict. I have been a victim twice. Always check your order. In two or three occasions in the last two years I had either a missing item or the wrong breakfast muffin was given. I ordered sausage and egg McMuffin but I received bacon and egg McMuffin. Also, my daughter complains that the muffin bread is burnt around the edges which is not the case with other McDonald's branches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the one star is for the food, thr girl in manager uniform must being having an off day, no interaction during ordering, no smile, didnt tell me how much the total was, didn't even say a Thank You.... you work at a hospitality industry, at least understand the basic manner. Not impressed at all. There was a guy in bright shirt working at the moment as well, I assume he is the owner, he worked hard, but the staff were working without energy. Some serious staff training and mangement is required here..based on the previous reviews for the store..something fundamentally not going well...not recommend this one unless you run our options of food choices in the foodcourt of Albany Mall...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there's 0 star, I will give it for sure! Ordered a mac muffin meal and hash brown. The burger is smaller than my small hands to begin with. My friend's cheese in his burger looks like its been frozen for weeks, and our hash brown should be called marshy brown. Totally unacceptable quality of food from Mac!!!
