★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to update their website providing information about their showtimes. It completely ruined my plans I had for the day when I got told that the movie I was willing to watch with my friends was not available and I had to pay for gold class. Extremely disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my grandsons on a bus ride to Westfield Albany to go to the movies. We saw Sonic the hedgehog 2 in theatre 4, 2.30 session today, Friday 22 April.
The volume was so extremely loud that my 4yr old grandson started to cry, and my other grandson 6yrs old sat there with his hands over his ears.
These kids are pretty hardy and don’t mind normally loud music or movies, but this was way over the top.
I tried to go out and find someone to talk to about this just after the movie had started - no one in sight. I then tried to call the number online and then went through to option 1 to speak to someone. I waited and waited and it just rang and rang and never to get a pick up
The volume in this theatre was totally unhealthy for anyones ears.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall always a good experience here. Affordable prices. Don't find much difference between vmax and regular screens. As the seating is pretty far and wide in vmax which the whole experience not much different from the regular screen. I find the recliner seats not that comfortable as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a trouble with the screen. The screen stopped working for like 25 minutes, however the staff gave us a compensation tickets which is quite awesome. I would definitely go there again. Friendly staff and easy to order food from the screen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for the Gold Class part of the cinema. Very good presentation. Helpful staff. Food and drinks quite expensive but worth it in this situation. Recommend you give it a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a pretty nice venue with very decent seats, you can't recline them and in one or two theatres there a few with small stains;
But on the whole quite decent.
The emergency exit signs down the front can occasionally be distracting, esp in very dark movies.
The sound is pretty loud, so for younger kids with sensitive ears some movies may be a bit too much for comfort;
The flip side of this is that it is quite immersive and you don't get sound from the other theatres polluting scenes.
(Also the sound proofing is excellent)
It is a massive theatre, so heaps of showing and lots of seats.
On the whole a good place to go with a big group, so don't be afraid you won't all get seats if you ask you friends!
