★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Challenge accepted! When I went to order I was told that I was fortunate as they the best burger maker in Auckland flipping. Ok, that’s big words, let’s see if it’s true. My chicken royal with a tie arrived - presentation 9/10 lots of chicken overflowing, looks nice. Taste: 10/10 amazing. Chicken cooked perfectly, just enough Mayo, Brie melted all over Ok you win. Best burger maker in town!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went back again today and the service was completely redeemed, quick, friendly and just plain good...(old review). Terrible service. When busy they should at least acknowledge you rather than leave you waiting for over 10 minutes at front...left with at least 4 others over this period, will actively avoid from now on...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ate there yesterday at around 4pm. I had a Single muscle, my husband order the "Modifried" Thunderbird and spud fries. Raiting is mostly for the Staff was very pleasant and with positive attitude, but also my burger was delicious!!! Husband only wishes the chicken patty was unfried like it was before. We also liked the fact that the music was at the perfect level, not SUPER loud like in other locations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable! ordered and paid on the counter , waited 30 mins and staff girl told me another 4 min, waited another 10 min , Another staff member came asked the details of my order and they said sorry the have lost my order so they started making it again took 10 min and got my Burger after 40 mins wait Burgerfuel is my favourite . But i won’t go to burgerfuel Albany ever again . Very unhappy .
Look like you guys are busy only serving online customer first and forget about the one ordered on your counter . Funny…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burgerfuel Albany is by far one of the best restaurants. I travel frequently and eat Burgerfuel a good 2-3 times a week regardless of where I am. The Albany store is well laid out, my burgers are always very well put together. The staff are very friendly and helpful, also if you call in they're usually willing to make some pretty out the way changes to your burger. You get a good amount of food for your money's worth. There's heaps of options for allergies/gluten free too.
I would like to add in that when ordering through the app there's no option to add an egg to a Ford freak out - Although I'll usually just call the store and they're always keen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular customer at this outlet, but recently I had a really bad experience with the food. I had a V Twin Vege and Spud Fries. To my experience the burger was tasteless and soggy. The patty was overcooked and chewy. The spud fries must have been fried a few times and were extremely chewy too. I ve always found their burgers mouthwatering and tasty, and would start melting in the mouth but not this time. Will not be going there anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time. Introduced by Grand daughter who had one wish before flying back to Darwin... I must go to Burgerfuel. Very instant as there are none in Oz. I loved it and will certainly visit again. Grand daughter will have to wait a few months which she will find difficult to do.???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The interior fitout is pretty good, staff are well trained and friendly and the food is great all things considered (being a chain fast food) and the pricing is ok for what you get. I ordered the double muscle and portion size was spot on (very large) even though the taste was slightly different to what I was expecting (it was slightly sweet - not sure if it the pickle was the culprit or the sauce) and the fries were much better than any other fast food joint. The 2 patties must have had 300+ gr worth of mince combined...
