The staff (shift manager aswell) are hopeless and extremely inexperienced and incompetent. I have been here a few times and i get the same thing each visit!!
Waiting time is forever!!
Order is wrong
Food is cold
And the drive through is no better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bland, dull, tasteless. It was a bit of a last resort as not many other places were open or looked attractive enough to give it a go and indeed ...it didn't deliver. We should've driven 30 min to the next available option: Kerikeri and get ourselves a decent meal but we were hungry after our 3rd jab at 9am and we wanted to celebrate. The service was ho-hum, and the burger was too. Full stop.
