★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Get a large order and get given bare minimum fries, would've been better off just getting a small combo!! Not to mention the old cold stale meat. Kfc next time it is rather than this McDonalds branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were just driving through Matamata and drove through the drive thru for a quick feed and it was the Best burgers i have had at a McDonald's in a very long time. Weather it was just good timing with the meat patties being freshly cooked because my patties were lovely and hot but I haven't enjoyed a cheese burger that hot in a couple of years. I give it a four star because they forgot our mayo packets and we sat at the window waiting for someone to come back to the window to help us.

Didn’t turn around to take it back as had to be in Auckland at a appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some workers are terrible for forgetting things and some are really good, but tonight was a goodie, I asked for Hot fries and gave him my bag ba k and he just gave me the same fries back 2 mins later!! ? so guess what I'm having for lunch tomrw!! Hot ?

Excellent tasting coffee, milk perfect temp and extremely friendly. Best McCafe I’ve visited. Whoever this person was is going above and beyond for your franchise.
