I just wanna inform that my experience in the drive thru (around 12:30am,) were not very pleasant. However, the young lady in the first window was very polite and kind and thought It would carry on to the next window... However, it was the opposite. I believe they were talking to each other on the headset (which did not sound friendly at all) and were not focus at their task... Terrible service and hopefully it will change when I come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally under staffed during what I'd say would be the dinner rush-hour, we waited for over 20 minutes for our order. I felt sorry for the workers , food was fine but a bit on the cold side .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every single time I order Uber eats for her I get missing items or incorrect items. Useless staff who can’t do a ridiculously simple job. And if we ever go here through the drive through we have to check before we leave if we have the correct items because more often than not, we don’t have the correct items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We eat here once a week and the place is usually quite good but today (around 5PM on 6/5/2022) we received the worst McDonald’s ever. Whoever was on shift needs to be retrained. Fries totally underdone (floppy with crunchy uncooked potato) and burgers missing ingredients and not properly assembled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. The front counter show no hospitality at all. Inadequately trained employees. It is difficult to train new recruits as the store receives a lot of traffic, so the management on shift usually throw them into the deep end and pray they don't drown. Some of the managers put unnecessary pressure and verbal abuse on their underlings, it is no wonder why customers are met with poor attitudes. Employees working in an environment like that will only register low effort attitudes when engaging with the customer.This whole branch needs a major revamp, it is too small. Whoever designed the plan did not account for this much customer traffic, which is ridiculous because Stoddard road is very popular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In all honesty the first window service was great with a calm and clear voice but afterwards coming next to the second window service disappointed my expectations of proper customer service. Additional giving us a long waiting time for our order to come through showing a lack of empathy after reminding the female employee twice yet they still continued to chatter and distract themselves. I really just wanted a Mc chicken burger and some fries but I guess their staff was not trained properly and not meeting the correct standards of fast food services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have to laugh. I zip into Maccas before a big supermarket shop so I don't go bonkers buying all the chocolates.
Now this is the place I had earlier bought a LARGER DOUBLE DOUBLE BIG MAC promo and it came with NO SPECIAL SAUCE and no one cared.
So I knew they're already a lower standard Maccas.
So I order a large frozen mango Fanta icecream thingy and instead got that large cup but with a smaller serve frozen coke. 2 cheese burgers extra pickles... but they were stone cold.
Haha its so bad. I hate creating a fuss but I did ask and got a shrug and the staff walked away.
Look at the photos. There are worse things going on on the planet and its cheap food but it is funny just how wrong it all is.
At least the place was clean.
