Please see where it say “STILL AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE.” You we’re not “out of stock.” Saying that you were out of stock and still having available to purchase is clearly misleading and a scam. You also have a data base of loyalty customers, why would not ensure there “were” enough? Please reply in a polite tone.
After spending thousands on products at Mecca, one bad experience has turned me away from them.
The beauty loop box is a total scam! They set a certain amount of “freebies” so you don’t actually end up getting them. But the “out of stock” freebies are still available to purchase. What annoyed me was that they still sent me emails saying that I could claim them!!!! At no point do they tell you that their freebies are “out of stock.” So you get mislead into making a purchase online.
I made an enquiry with the customer services team in hope that they could come up with a resolution. However they took zero accountability and just sent me very generic based responses. Eventually they just stopped replying to me, even though I had very reasonable requests and we’re written in a respectful manner.
Have made a complaint with the commerce commission as Mecca is clearly breaching the law with misleading advertising.
It is just very disappointing that they didn’t even attempt to make things right or even show an inch of accountability.
Shame you on mecca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend recommended that I go to Mecca to take a makeup lesson. I did a search and found that Newmarket Mecca received the best reviews, so I made an appointment. I am so impressed with Mecca Newmarket. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. And my Makeup instructor, Meilin, was awesome. She taught my daughter and I how to apply the makeup, she helped select good products for our skin tones. She was super-patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I am so impressed. I highly recommend Mecca now. I see why everyone likes it. And if you need a makeup instructor, Meilin is awesome! Thank you so much for all your help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was helped by a young woman with short dark hair and tattoos with fragrance and she was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient answering questions but not pushy. Wish I got her name. Love coming to the Newmarket store since the team is always incredibly friendly and helpful. I came in with my daughter a while ago to get some help getting her started with makeup and we were helped by a tall girl with dark hair with blonde streaks who had great conversation with my daughter. Even when you approach a team member who is busy they will find someone else to help you. Their selection is much better than most stores and products are always very high quality too. Will continue to shop here.
