★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a foreigner and I had experienced here absolutely unprofessional behavior. At first a man on the reception collected my tests and didn’t even check the additional information so I had to remind him, that he has to charge me. He tried to find out the price but he wasn’t able to. So he went to the office to ask someone that someone also didn’t know and now comming grande finale... Me standing by the reception, full waiting room and he started to call to other lab to find out the price, he said all the private information from the attached list to the phone in front of all the people! After the call he told me that nobody knows how to charge me and I have to go to the hospital lab. I told him that I don’t know where the hospital is and that I need to go back to work. He didn’t mind, he didn’t even say sorry and whole time he was really rude to me but not to other people. So after all I had to go to the hospital due to his ignorance. I lost whole afternoon at my work and as I am hourly paid I also lost my money.
