β β β β β Had to wait a week to book in for a scan but the service was good and straightforward in terms of turning up/confirming details/5min wait/10min scan/job done.

β β β β β Worst service ever. Not only you had to wait a life time but the staff were extremely rude and unkind. I was not allowed to view my baby's first ultra sound with my wife. The lady at the desk ignored not only me but other people before me. I regret this place.

β β β β β Worst customer service, I broke my foot and I came to receptionist so hardly. She said that I have to wait outside until my turn. I was ok to wait but I told her I couldn't walk so long again can I sit here and wait, she said no because of covid u can't wait inside.
Now my question is why you arranged your chair at 2 meters distance then? What is point of distancing of chairs?
Senseless , not gonna come here and recommend .

β β β β β Worst customer service, the receptionist does not care about people standing at the counter, they are busy doing nothing. Emotionless, cold blooded people, does not care about the emergency situations. The islander lady rudely throw the receipt at the counter. Just before me, she had an argument with the old kiwi lady about her behavior. The authority should close this place rather than disrespecting people on a daily basis.

β β β β β Very insensitive and unprofessional service. My son was ran over by the truck and we are waiting at the reception for them to attend us. The ladies at the reception keep on gossiping and when I tried to get their attention after waiting there for 5 minutes she get very rude and ask the other family member to go back in the car as only one person is allowed according to her. Have to wait for 20-25 minutes for them to call his name. The pacific lady at the reception is inhuman and lack basic ettiquates

β β β β β I had the most efficient and kind sono. Came in on the 18/2/22. She was Asian and appeared younger (didnβt catch the name, sorry). Recommend and also reception were helpful in offering alternatives to getting my referral form sent to them as I forgot it.

β β β β β On Thursday, I had come there to get my pregnancy scan done, there the doctor who did my scan, his behavior was not good at all, he was talking as if someone had forcibly entered his house to get some work done. Wasn't talking in a way, after scanning my paper, he took out the paper from there, took out my scan and threw it on the bed. I did not like that doctor's behavior at all, this is not a way to deal with a patient, I request the management to pay attention to such a doctor who does not treat patients properly. I would never like to meet such a doctor again in life, such a doctor defames all other doctors too.????????

β β β β β I was fortunate to have premo experience with all other scans I had during my pregnancy until I arrived here. Had to accept and told myself, well, you can't have royalty each and everytime. The place felt dirty. When I was called inside I could smell Chinese food. My radiologist didn't know what one of the main things was I was there for a scan for my 36/7 week pregnancy. Previous Horizon radiology in Sylvia park gave me super special treatment. I got so many photos and sample presents. At Manukau he gave me 3 photos I could barely make out if he didn't explain them. They did not give USB stick of scan as apparently they don't do it anymore. We are in Covid orange light and my partner wasn't allowed at any of my scans hence the USB and plenty of photos came in handy to take home and share the experience. He explained things briskly and send me on my way, 10 minutes for $50 wasn't worth it. But, he used heated gel and that was nice. So an extra star for that. I was happy to see my baby again and if it wasn't for that joy, I'd give it no star at all. I do not recommend this for anyone who had good experiences somewhere else. This is a no no and you will walk out disappointed.
