★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find it disgusting that this is one of the only radiology groups in New Zealand who refuse to allow my husband to attend the dating scan of our first born under the red alert level. We are both fully vaccinated with no symptoms. This forced me to drive to the other side of town - morning sickness and all to go to a different group who is caring enough towards the father of my baby to allow him to experience the miracle of his first child. I requested a video instead, but this was also denied. Your group is extremely discriminating towards men and adds to a stressful experience for my first child instead of the joy me and my husband including are supposed to feel. You have ZERO care, and please don't blame COVID for this as other groups do allow supporting people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very rude customer "service" person on the phone who didn't acknowledge the fact they had failed to pick up an enquiry I submitted 3 weeks ago. When I mentioned although I knew it wasn't her error it was good practice to apologise for the lack of contact and wait time. My response from her was: I am not apologising and I don't appreciate you telling me how to do my job. Do you want an appointment or not.
I think not.

Service is super friendly and I was seen very quickly, in and out in what felt like only a couple of minutes. Awesome service.
