★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super helpful staff and good discounts off Miele products. Take your time to look at the mixture of discontinued lines, returns and ex-demo stock. We've brought a few things here from washing machines to dish washers at great prices and they have all worked well.

I have been trying to purchase a replacement vacuum tube for 2 months, I finally managed to get someone to take my money, you wouldn't think it was that hard, and have been waiting 3 weeks for it to be couriered 10km. I should have taken a day off work and picked it up.
