★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is the absolute worst. I ordered a replacement bottle which took at least a week to arrive. I was home when the driver turned up and popped our dogs inside so they could deliver them with no issues as some people do not like dogs, no problem. The driver sat in his truck for 5mins then just left. I then got an email saying they could not deliver because of the dogs. Blatant lie. Even if the dogs were outside, the driver could see me in the house, didn't bother knocking and just drove off. It's now been 18 days and I still don't have a gas bottle. Save yourself the time and trouble and go with another company. We've had consistent issues with delivery and payment. More than that, one of their drivers crashed into our house (ok accidents happen) but it took them 5 months to get it repaired. Their customer service team barely apologises and just ignore complaints. I have no idea how they are still operating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have just cancelled our Elgas contract after trying to unsuccessfully deal with them for a number of years. We have had constant problems with delivery, ran out of gas in the back 45kg bottle, although ordered as soon as we ran out of the first bottle. Constant promises of deliveries that dont happen. Even after a 2 week wait. Cannot get in contact with anyone apart from an answering service. No replies from messages left. And now they have put all prices up and I have been told they will not refund my rental paid up until July 2021 DO NOT DEAL WITH ELGAS it's a NIGHTMARE

Rang up and spoke to a lady who was helpful , then spoke to a rep , again helpful Then delivery straight away and the driver helpful. All the years elgas has been excellent to deal with , thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really surprising the number of poor ratings- to date I have had nothing but excellent service. make an order, the order shows up in a couple of days, done. Just placed an order now, I will post more when it arrives!
Three days later- and gas is here! again, excellent service
2nd review now , and a couple of years in. never failed to impress. order goes in, gas arrives a couple of days later. would totally recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signed up with the promise of $20 off the first 5 tanks, didn't get that at all. Paid the full amount without discount and then I had credit on my account. Wanted to use credit on next order, but apparently it was already in use. Then ordered a tank and balance owed said $123ish and then on way to making payment it then shower as $143ish... Complicated path leading to nowhere. No one on phones and terrible app and payments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arranged a gas refill a month ago, was told it has to wait for 2 weeks, no show, we decided to have the bottle return for such bad services , pick up scheduled, 2 time no show for the last 30 days, this is total unacceptable. No explanation were given. I'm afraid that the chance of your failure would be within a short period of time.
You don't deserve a star for my experience, you put me down with over 10 years good relationship.. Shame on you ELgas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give them zero stars if it was possible, I just rang, waited on hold for 7 mins then was disconnected. They are the most expensive gas supplier. We are being charged close to $200 per 45kg bottle. That is about $75 more expensive than ongas. Their bottle rental is also more expensive per year. I can't understand how a specialty gas retailer is more expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had the worst customer service I have ever experienced from this place We ordered a gas bottle 1 5 weeks ago as we have no water and we have still not received it regardless of ringing nearly every day and be told it was on its way. We even agreed to a $150 urgent delivery fee but still no avail. I rang this morning g and apparently the truck was on its way! But no it's still hasn't arrived
