Advertised as one hour waiting but when I got there was told two. Shocked, i waited two hours trying to keep myself busy in the little mall went back only to be informed that the parts weren’t working that they had. They told me one more hour for the boss to come in. So I can back hour later and they told me 15 more minutes. After this I got my phone back the screen did not even work properly so I had to go back and get it redone again. The hole thing almost 4 hours in total. Then they still try and sell me a screen protector. Not every apologetic either. Would not recommend AS PER Your reply********* I called you yesrterday and literally asked you can I just pop in and you said yes you also asked me what phone I had and I told you

I had a replaced screen on iPhone only to have a slight issue with the Touch ID. When I took it back in, they replaced the screen and made sure I was happy. Great service! Nice to know that there’s still businesses out there that care about customer satisfaction! Would definitely go back for other issues. And FAST service!!

They are professional and knowledgeable about repairing, specially the boy explained from phone very clearly, so got my broken phone fixed rapidly, highly recommended, would come back again.

I chose this store because of its great reviews. I brought my cracked screen in for repair on a Saturday and came back to later to find it was a bit of a messy repair job - one corner was too raised up on the new screen, and bits of glue were sticking out, plus some weird/obvious streaks appeared that wouldn't come off the screen. I was told to come back tomorrow when another guy is working and he'd try again. I was asked to pay half the cost at this point, and did. 2 visits so far. Came back on Sunday, and after 3 more visits (mostly due to limited communication...) the other guy had finally done a great job re-gluing it down closer. I asked for a small discount due to having had to come to the store 5 times, and they phoned the manager who agreed to $20 (off $300) - fairly meaningless, but ok - I just wanted the phone at this point, so paid and left. As soon as I got home and used the phone I noticed the streaks were still there - sort of under the screen (never seen something like this before) - it couldn't be wiped off, and the phone was perfectly usable, but cosmetically something obviously wasn't right. The following weekend I came back and after a series of tests, the guy acknowledged the problem, jumped on the phone to the manager - then said sorry - because I'd agreed the phone was fine last time there's nothing they can do... Confused, I asked if they can fix it - but they said I'd have to pay more... to fix a problem they'd introduced... The store staff said there's nothing more he can do and that I'd have to call his manager, so I did that. He wasn't really interested in fixing or understanding the problem, told me I was a too difficult of a customer, said the problem was too small to notice (you be the judge), and that they'd put the cracked screen back on and refund me. Not attempt to try another screen - he said he'd rather have a bad review than try to fix it. Left with no options, I asked when they could do that & refund me, but he had no answer, they would have to "try and find my cracked screen". So after 6 visits to this store, $280 spent, a phone call with the manager, I have no idea what they're going to do next :) The guys in the store did their best, they were really nice. The manager not so much. Unfortunately I can't recommend them. Thank you for your time Mobile Muster. Looking for an agreeable outcome before taking the CGA one step further. Edit in response to the reply: "we pride ourselves on customer service" yeh... It really shows in your response... :/ In response to "only giving you 2 hours to rush" - I'm a local, I had the whole day open. I'll did, and still will, happily give you the time to deliver a quality result - as is my right. And in response to my "my high requirements" - paying $300 for a screen, I would hope it at least looks right, wouldn't you?

Avoid - iPad now valueless In response to the request for details - I had to chase a screen repair for an iPad mini for literally months. Was accused of lying about the home button working - it was returned initially with this not working. According to a professional service I took this to subsequently, it is now beyond repair as the replacement screen had been affixed using superglue, and shielding had been removed from the innards.

Replaced my screen and told me the phone was ready to be collected. I had to bring it back because my speaker wasn't working. I was told to wait 20 minutes then another 15 minutes. Then I was told she didn't know what was wrong. The manager had to come in and he came in and fixed the problem immediately. It could have been fixed a lot sooner and saved me multiple trips to them and wasted time. Recently brought a screen in again for repair and it broke after 2 weeks.

Do not go near these guys - they are shysters! Brought my Samsung S10+ to these guys for a screen replacement. After the screen was ordered I wondered if they were up to the job as the person running the store did not seem sure about what to do to repair the phone. The next day the screen was fixed, but noticed a black spot in the top right corner where the screen was not working. Took it back the next day and it was fixed. One month later the screen has stopped functioning, there is a black area in the bottom left corner and the touch screen does not work. Can't unlock the phone, can't do anything. Took it back and they refused to repair saying the issue looked like damage. The phone had not been dropped, and I pointed out that I had the same issue with the black areas on the screen right after repairing, but they had a memory blank over that and refused to repair. So much for the three month warranty! I bet these guys never honour a warranty, and always say the phone has been damaged. Save yourself a lot of heartache and go to a reputable repair shop and not to some small franchise with limited capability and no intention to honour the warranty.
