★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To me it's the little things that make the difference between a good meal and a great meal.
What's more kiwi than fish n chips right, so you want some tomato sauce with yr chips. That's an extra cost, want some sauce for your salad extra cost, want some sauce with yr squid extra cost.
Come on mate get real, stop trying to rip people off. Btw squid meal picture comes with a slice of lemon, but no lemon anywhere. Lift yr game.
Average food below average service.last time I step foot in here. Take yr own sauces ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 20 minutes for 2 new zealander burger combos , they were slightly busy, how ever the burger buns were rock solid obviously defrosted and the fish inside the burger was cold bland and smelt/tasted off , the eggs where over cooked , very disappointed when i confronted the guy at the counter he said they will make new ones, well who in their Wright mind would want that again? Told him I'm going else where , I was going to give 2 star rating due to chips being nice and hot and fresh and the drinks were nice and cold but no 1 star it is due to them not offering a refund
They must have a new cook or something because my 5 year old nephew can cook better then that.

We ordered the following:
Hoki and kumara chips
Squid with salad and chips
Squid with just salad.
The lady behind the counter (no name bage) was really unpleasant. She made us feel like she is doing us a favor by helping us. A bit of friendliness costs nothing.
We asked if we could change our chips with kumara chips, even if we had to pay extra. We got a straight no.
I asked of I would half my salad portion.... Half garden... Half coleslaw... Straight no.
The portions were not worth the price.
The fish was over done... My 9year old dis not want to eat it and that says a lot.
The squid was so chewy it felt like we were eating elastics.
The garden salad and chips were stale.
What a waste of money.
Not a happy costumer at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was ok but customer service from the guy in the front was ?? I’m not the skinniest gal, he even suggested “oh we can remove the salad” I very much wanted my salad thanks. Then received my take away meal with no cutlery ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever from the owner. She doesn't even allow a landline number, straight to her mobile which she never answers or responds to!?
I would hope the workers in this establishment leave as soon as they can.
Close it down and start something new.
This place is dead to me now.
Food was cold, old, and the freshest thing was the aioli sauce that they must have gotten from somewhere else.
NEVER AGAIN!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hey there I ordered Uber Eats on the evening of 18 February. I ordered the $24-$26 snapper box. I requested crumbled fish and it was battered. I ordered coleslaw and I got a rocket salad. This cost me over $27 and was not at all happy. Please respond urgently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of the food was disappointing. The fishes and salads were not fresh and the fries were not crunchy. My sister wasted $35 dollars on a meal which she only took a few bites from. I on the other hand, ate most of mine because i’m a fatty and didn’t want to waste my money, though, i could not finish the wrap because the vegetables were gross like it’s off. The worst meal from LJ, yet, over priced. I’m only putting this review up because I don’t want others to waste their money.
