Ordered rocking rib eye and 12 stack ribs and a kids meal and garlic bread starter (only nice thing we got) Opted for straight cut fries with ribs and my daughters and mine was raw and soggy hard enough trying to entertain my 2 year old and she literally didn't eat any of it. Worst the ribs. Dry and TOUGH probably 2 out of the 12 was okay wasn't prepared to reorder I shared these with my husband. Wasn't expecting Michelin style food being a chef myself but ribs shouldn't be chewy and tough.
Staff were the highlight attentive and apologetic. Manager gave us a discount sadly won't be back.

Visited Lone Star Botany for the first time today and rest be assured this will be our last. The service was absolutely despicable (burnt food served) and that to from the manager. Instead of apologizing for an error, we were told be off. Unfortunately we weren't able to as part of our party of 8 were already part way through their meals. Definitely not a place to recommend. The owners need to review their management team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here with my partner on a Sunday Afternoon so it wasn't too busy at all and the staff and service was amazing and so polite and friendly. Great selection of food on the menu and the dessert menu is better than ever. Highly recommend coming here. 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in as a group of 10 of us. Their service was very attentive. We got our drinks really quick, a little light on taste and alcohol for some of their cocktails but nice on a few of them. Food on the other hand was all awesome.
Will definitely go back for the food and perhaps any drinks from a bottle or draft.

Hope you read this as you made our dinner get-together of 4 all the more better with your welcoming friendly approach. Drinks/Food service was quick, food itself was 10/10 ? for Mains I had the Steak Kiwi with Dessert Kiwi Pavlova ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to catch up with a friend over dinner and was already captivated by the interior design and also the cleanliness of the restaurant (including the bathrooms). We ordered entrees, mains and desserts and I’m very pleased to say that my friend and I found the meals very filling and worth their price. My friend ordered a Cosmo and I ordered a Espresso Martini (and later ordered a Corona) for drinks, and we were very satisfied. A unique feature about the restaurant that I absolutely LOVE is how they have a set of buttons at each table to signal a waiter/waitress for ordering, service etc. Honestly made service a lot more smoother and enjoyable too.
Some downsides which did make me choose to give only 4 stars was how our desserts were given in the middle of us finishing our entrees. Someone did apologise on behalf, which was appreciated ?? However it was a little disappointing to have the desserts so early on and to not be able to appreciate them fresh from the kitchen. I was also a little disappointed with my entree dish which was the Prawn Star as on the menu, it said King Prawns would be served however, the size of the prawns were anything but.
Nonethless, the flavors were there for the meals and that, in the end was highly appreciated. Will definitely recommend and come back again to try more meals and drinks!
