I recently purchased an electric guitar for my son and was very quickly steered away from the run of the mill package sets into an equally cost effective but beautiful and amazing guitar that met all of my sons needs and my budget - very good experience shopping. No pressure to buy - just a really great music store that is a great asset in the city for parents wanting an intelligent discussion as to the various options for their children's needs.

Not to mention the staff are great and very friendly.
they will let you know that they're always there without pouncing on you and pressuring you to buy something.
I'm currently saving to buy my very first BRAND NEW Schecter guitar from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a new sax from here a few months ago and the mouthpiece chipped during a gentle clean. The thing gets played twice a week. They insist it must have been cracked from biting too hard (untrue) and said it’s $100 for a new one despite the warranty… don’t really want a new one for that cost if it’s that disposable. Guess we will go elsewhere for our purchases or buy online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a real shame, went in, chap barely lifted his head from the computer to greet us, had a look around, clearly wanting some info about the drums I was standing around, 2 of them behind the counter had absolutely no desire to talk to me, so I walked out. Why should I give my hard earned money to people that can’t even say hello, or how can we help. Went to music planet around the corner and gave them a couple grand for a drum kit instead. Atleast they were happy to talk to me.
