★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been almost a month now since I placed my online order on 25/12/21. Got a call to collect my order on the week of the 10/01/22 only to find that only one item has arrived (reloop turntable). I've been calling the Wellington store to chase up my order multiple times every week but seems no one can give me an update on exactly whats happening with the rest of my order (headshell & cartridge). It's always the same answer of "awaiting for freight" and empty promises of "will call you back" that never happens...just hopeless. I really don't understand how rockshop state 2~3 working days click & collect can become 20+ working days & still pending without any legit reason & sense of urgency of getting it sorted.
Now for weeks I have a new turntable that I can't use because it's still awaiting for it's headshell & cartridge. Very frustrated & disappointed with Rockshop! I'm on the edge of requsting for a full refund on this order, you guys are certainly doing a great job on loosing valuable customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The service received was first rate. A time and date was given to collect Ukulele and the delivery men turned up bang on time. the set up my Ukulele where I asked them to and again they were very helpful. The Ukulele is exactly as I requested and was also cheaper than other music instruments store in Wellington. I would not hesitate in recommending Rockshop to anyone.
One point of improvement I see is there is no refund policy which is not very welcoming to customers.
They are certainly the store I will go to for all my future musical needs.

It has a lot of varieties of musical items and all their accesories! We came here to get some guitar straps and picks and yet ended up getting more items.
It has a lot of collection of electic and accoustic guitars, drum sets, bass, trumpet, and more.
The guys are very helpful as well. The price is a bit expensive, depending on the items you are looking for but they also provide discounts and specials.
The shop is a bit packed and you have to take the stairs a bit up so it might be a bit tricky for those with disabilities ♿️.
Located in Cuba st area, this place is very strategically located.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought my first PRS guitar after coming to NZ. I've owned guitars before but they were pre-owned. So this one would be my first very own guitar. Nothing beats a brand spanking new shiny instrument to bring back your lost motivation lol.
Great/Best place for any music enthusiast. Great collection.
I'm just hoping they bring in some Positive grid spark amp stock. Been waiting for it for quiet since time now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I are disabled and she wanted to get a violin. These guys were nothing but fantastic, they have a chair lift that I’ve never seen in any other shop with stairs. They were absolutely wonderful with helping us from start to finish from finding one that suits, to letting her try it out and more. She’s very happy with her new purchase. Thank you team, we will be back again.
