Actually when they gave me the wrong price, no one offered me for an extra discount as you said, no one approached me or say I can buy it on the said price which was initially specified by the sales representative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They replaced my cracked/broken screen today on my Samsung mobile phone. Don't remember the name of person that served me but he was professional and did a good job had my phone back within 1hr30min. Phone screen is like new. Cost was $129 which was acceptable. Would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Tech pro to fix my iPhone SIM card reader. I talked to the lady over the counter explains to her I damaged the sim reader, I think my phone need SIM card reader replacement can you do that? She said yeah it will cost $80-$90 it will take 2-3 days. I was happy with that. Three days later I got a call from them saying my phone needs new SIM card reader “that’s why I am fixing the phone in the first place “ which will cost $150 and the job will be 50/50 we might be able to fix it or it might damage the motherboard. At first I said cancel the job then changed my mind I said go a head and fix my phone.I took the risk . Two days later they called me say come pick up your phone. Guess what! the phone wasn’t fixed. The reason was we couldn’t find the part, the part might take long. I wasted 7 days trying to fix my phone at the end no phone fixed and I got charged $45 service fee for a service they canceled not me.
