★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Look, I like Nandos but it’s clear that this store favours Uber eats over customers who dine in.
It’s painful, literally painful in my stomach cos I’m hungry, to watch a stream of food delivery drivers collecting their orders while you patiently wait for your own.
I won’t be coming back… I’ll go to Sylvia park instead.

3 Ubereats drivers ahead of me very angry with orders ready but number/ name not called. Manager seemed to think that was funny.
I waited 28 minutes, when I queries I was asked if I wanted something else as they did not have what I ordered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Never coming back to this store. The service was shocking. The procedure of covid rules weren’t clearly displayed. Went to get cutlery and the staff caused a big scene making it an unpleasant experience. This situation could have been handled in a more professional manner rather than being rude.
A sign should have been displayed to inform customers that cutlery should not be self served and will be brought to the table.
Also, not sure if they intentionally burnt my food or the chef just can’t cook. Food was not satisfying.
Would not recommend Lunn Ave Nandos.

Nando’s do need to sort their IT issues with the online ordering of food. However as the online ordering was a pain in the rear the front staff quickly punched in my order manually. ??
Ordered Espetada was decent.
But what really steal the show are always the peri peri chips of Nando’s. Thus the 5 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont usually leave reviews but this joint was pretty awful..
Walk in, no greeting. Find our way to a table passing others filled with what i can assume wouldve been hour old food looking congealed and permeating a nasty smell. Ordered our food repeating ourselves several times, to see part of our order under a bain marie not switched on, getting cold despite being only 1 of 2 tables there. . To then recieve the order luke-warm. The chicken tenders i ordered assumed to be boneless?---with what i can only describe to be a side of the partially cremated remains of the chickens ancestor dangling near by so charred and lifeless that i thought of becoming a vegan.
Not to mention the ONLY other table there sending food back AS SOON AS THEY GOT IT...TWICE as the order was taken incorrectly both times (very much like the all round decisions to visit this establishment) and overhearing the staff complain about said customer as if they were a pest.
The atmosphere was dark, not welcoming, unclean and was obvious nobody wanted to be there, and the feeling was mutual.
This place needs divine intervention .. and Gordan Ramsey.
Will i be going back...
Yeah nah yeah...nnaaaaahhh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just lost a fairly regular customer tonight. You almost lost me when you stopped taking cash, then you stopped taking my order and required me to use your order app, but tonight topped it when you basically kicked me out of your restaurant two hours before your stated closing time without an apology or a reason for closing early on a Friday night. There are plenty of restaurants that actually want to serve me and these restaurants will be getting my money for now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came on a Sat 4:00 26 of March.
They served my wrap Cold! And it wasn't well wrapped and cut on half like always.
We ordered kumara chips and they served potato chips, the girl just excused herself saying the order was like that and it was precisely herself who took the order wrong.
The potato chips were super salty and the chicken of my wrap has very little marinade or nothing.
I don't think I come back to Lunn Avenue branch again, it needs a good manager.
