★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been waiting for an hour and still didn't get to my number 8 as apparently it is up to JP who works there as a volunteer and allows himself not to follow the queue. It is a very unprofessional place. Be ready to be treated like an enemy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite busy so quite a wait for a JP.. Ensure you allow at least 30 mins wait time. Organised queuing system. A number of JPs working. Lots of leaflets in waiting area. Easy accès next to library.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very frustrating! Phoned ahead to check there was a JP on site, was told that yes, there was, but only until 3.00 pm. Drop everything, drive to New Lynn, only to be told they had 'closed off' and tell me very officiously that their phone had not rung in the last hour. Well, I don't tell lies! They then tried to explain that maybe the phone was answered at another site. Not my problem!! If you are closing off customers early, please let your call answering service know! Its called "customer focus"!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to make a complaint about your JP on duty today. I went to see him to sign some legal documents, and was asked my ethnicity. I do not believe that it is necessary to sign documents and would like an explanation. Ethic profiling, how disappointing for a JP. What a disgrace!
