We worked with Nicholas's buyers Agent Sharon Penney and latterly Nicholas. Sharon went above and beyond to help us be able to find and purchase our first home in a very competitive and tough market.
She always made herself available, nothing was ever a problem, she spent many hours arranging viewing and driving us around to open homes. Nicholas was great support too. He was available to offer advice and go to Auctions and guide us through all the paper work. Nicholas is a great real estate who works really hard for his clients for the best outcome. We felt really comfortable when we met him for the first time
He is very sincere and gave us a realistic appraisal. We have chosen Nicholas and his team for the communication, great knowledge of the local market and the excellent sales record. Nicholas knows his vendors, but equally knows the buyers too. This resulted in an early offer even before the first open home which was at the higher end of the appraisal and we sold our house the day before first open home. This was fantastic since we were going overseas. Nicholas also got a great team- Genna and Vicki who did all the emails and paperwork. Team is reachable at anytime. If you want to sell a property in the Lakes, Pyes Pa, team Meloni is your best bet. No hesitation to recommend.
