★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have spent a lot of time dealing with Spark to get an IphoneX on a trade my old phone arrangement. After numerous calls and two visits to different stores I found someone I thought who was able to help at this store. I was assured that a 256GB space grey IphoneX would be ordered for me and I would be phoned when it was in. I had spent 1/2 an hour with the staff member. This was 3 weeks ago when I visited that store. Today I called to ask if my phone was in and was told there is nothing in the system about me ordering and I would have to come in do all the confirming my eligibility again. I was told there was a silver version which I thought due to the wait I would take. Then I was phoned back and told that there actually wasn't one there. I was told they could email the staff in the store to have someone call me when a phone comes in but there is no guarantee I would get one as it's first if first served. The other option was to phone around other stores I was told.
I have had an account for years and given plenty of good business. I know what good customer service is having worked in sales for years. I am appalled at the attitude of not only the staff member I spoke with but Spark as a whole. Maybe it is time to give up that loyalty and go to the opposition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lacks product knowledge. Doesn't answer store phone. I wanted to get my phone repaired and was not able to help at all without ID which a student ID was not sufficient.. no solution offered as I haven't got a license or passport

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been with spark for over 4 years, and had good service from salespeople in store. On my last visit I decide to buy a new phone. Due to computer error in store the manager here took over serving me.
I have never met anyone as mean or nasty as the manager here.... I would absolutely go as far to call her a bully. I felt bad leaving the store and defiantly wont be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ill never EVER use spark company again, since 2008, I used Vodafone for 10 years, because of wanna have some change, and wanna sign the contract for 24month plan for the mobile phone, so I choose spark since 2017, recent month had terrible experience with spark make me come back Vodafone again, I paid $1480 eftpos for the rest of money to my iPhone 11 pro max, they can not print out GST receipt , they let me have to ring customer service, yesterday I toped up 100 dollars, they said they didn't receive any money. then I go Westgate store, ask can u give me the rest of money in my account , they said you have to ring customer serive ask money back, it is big disaster and complicated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was fine and quick and efficient. Quite disappointing that it takes a month to go from a plan to prepaid. I'm sure if I wandered down to Vodafone they could have those number on prepaid within the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give zero stars if I could but it won’t allow me. Having the receipt from St Lukes branch of iPod case return, as I wanted headphones not case without headphone. It was Still new in package, this northwest branch said I had to go back to the same branch and not only that, the same exact person, who only worked certain days and was not working that day. I had to wait two more days, eventually I did go back to st Lukes and swapped and paid for the headphones… it took all about 5mins. The Spark rep at Lukes proceeded to tell me Northwest SPARK branch could’ve easily done the same and should’ve as GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Any Spark store can take returns/swap outs. This was a mistake Spark made originally giving me the wrong item I did not request. SUCH a PAIN?? I hope Northwest Spark don’t do this to anyone else??????
