โ โ โ โ โ The staff here where ultra friendly and informative. Really helped me for the process of buying my first pair. Easily some of the best customer service I have personally experienced.
However, I would have wished for greater communication when my order got delayed due to courier issues.
Despite having to wait a few more days, I was very much pleased with the quality of my glasses.
Would highly recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ Had a fantastic experience at this OPSM. The optometrist Oliver Munro was excellent. He worked out the issue with my old prescription and didn't try to sell me something I didnt need, which has happened in the past. The associate Kim was lovely and was very patient while I tried on half the frames in store. Got the perfect pair and I'm very happy!

โ โ โ โ โ This is my 2nd-time purchasing prescription glasses (1st at Riccarton) and I was very lucky to have Jamie as my Sales Consultant again at OPSM Crossing. He's very helpful, honest and kind. He helped me choose the right glasses and he even make sure that I will get the best one at an economical price. I will surely recommend OPSM to my family and friends. I will also tell them to look for Jamie as he knows what is best for his clients. I hope that OPSM management will notice all his efforts and will compensate him accordingly. I will surely purchase my 3rd glasses next year and I hope Jamie is still there to help me out. Again, thank you, Jamie. I'm very happy and can't wait to wear my new glasses???
In addition to ^, I tried using my old glasses and it's perfect. The reason why I'm getting a new pair is that I'm having a headache and it keeps on slipping. I went to Hornby and Riccarton OPSM branch more than 10 times to have my glasses adjusted. But Jamie did extraordinary work I did not ask him to do anything to my current glasses but he just check them for less than 10secs and he find out that my glasses are loose and now I'm using them and it's perfect, I'm not feeling any fatigue and it's not slipping into my nose. I don't think that I need to change my frame but I'm still happy to buy the new one to show my appreciation to Jamie. Thanks again.
