★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too impressed with waiting over an hour passed booked apmt time. As bad as Team Medical Coastlands. No care or pain relief offered to elderly woman 4hrs after her injury & waiting. 1 of the docs here even dismissed her telling her it was all in her head, when she had a brain injury

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Admin staff joking about patients behind desk was incredibly rude. Admin show anger when you cancel I understand the frustration but it’s unprofessional.
If you want to pay for a doctor to give you phone numbers and refer you elsewhere instead of trying to resolve the issue then this medical centre is for you. Just a money hungry establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My poor unwell relative was fobbed off and made to feel crazy for months. She knew something wasn't right with her and the incompetent uncaring staff here made her feel crazy. It wasn't until being admitted to hospital it was found she was full of cancer and blood clots. They have cost us valuable time and now the prognosis is grim.
